This Century Plant has thick, large blue-green leaves bearing large "shark tooth" like thorns, that accent any large garden. Mother plant will die once it blooms and goes to seed once it reaches the age of 10 to 12 years. Blooms are tree like and can reach up to 25 feet in height attracting multiple birds. Extremely drought tolerant, good hillside, xeriscape and container plant. Divide pups out over time if desired. Needs a good amount of space not recommended for small plantings.
