Allium produces clusters of white star like flowers Spring to Fall. This perennial can be used in salads as a onion flavor. Allium's can also be planted around insect attracting plants (roses) to detour them away. Semi-drought tolerant in the ground once established or can take regular garden water. Prune off old flowers and leaves all through out the year to shape.
