This mallow relative has a beautiful display of dark purple flowers almost year round. Great container or garden plant for full sun to partial shade. Drought tolerant in the ground once established or can take moderate garden water. Prune back in early Spring and late Fall to shape. Can be prunned into a hedge, shrub or tree. Attracts hummingbirds, bees and butterflies.
