Silver Torch cactus' are commonly found in drought tolerant gardens. Tall, cylindrical columns can get up to 10 feet or more and 2.5 inches wide. Long, tubular burgundy flowers appear in late Summer that attract multiple birds. Try not to water too much in Winter to prevent root rot. Great for xeroscapes, hillsides and large container plantings. Fire resistant.
