This low growing succulent is great for mass plantings, drought tolerant and perennial gardens. Great container plant with thick gray leaves that stack up looking like a propeller. Dark red/orange flowers appear on tops through out the Summer months. Drought tolerant in the ground once established or can take moderate water perfers well drained soils. Prune out old leaves and flower stalks once finished. Can be sensitive to freeze in colder climates. Great container plant that attracts hummingbirds, bees and butterflies.
