This column cactus is great for any drought tolerant landscapes or large container gardens. Tall, cylindrical green columns can get up to 25 feet tall and up to 10 inches wide branch, creating a tree like shape over time. Creamy yellow flowers appear annually on mature plants producing a sweet eatable fruit overtime. Try not to water too much in Winter to prevent root rot. Can tolerate colder climates, great for xeriscapes and is fire resistant.
