This rare Mammilaria is known for its copper colored spines. Sea green bases covered short red brown thorns are up all year. Extremely drought tolerant in the ground once established. Plants form low boulder like mounds over time. Small yellow flowers appear on and off through out the year around the crowns once they mature. Great for xeriscapes, hillsides and container plantings.
