This evergreen giant Iris is great to "tie in" the garden. Full sun all day to a minimum of 2 hours of sun is ideal. Drought tolerant in the ground once established or can take regular garden water. Leaves are medium sized, gray green blades and can stand up to 3 feet in height. Dark purple, brown and yellow flowers appear in late Spring and continue to Fall. Attracts hummingbirds and butterflies. Cut out old leaves and flower stalks through out the year, divide clumps overtime.
