This easy to grow perennial is great for any garden and you can eat it. Oregano's are also good to put around the "bug attracting" plants to keep them away. Cut back hard any time it starts to brown out. Small white flowers appear in late Spring through the Summer. Drought tolerant in the ground once established or can take moderate water.  Attracts bees, hummingbirds and butterflies and is deer tolerant.
