This bulb is known for a interesting display of flowers in Spring that attract hummingbirds, butterflies and bees. Remove dead leaves any time, cut of old flower stalks once finished. Great for poor, well drained soils and is drought tolerant once established. Frost hardy, semi-deciduous in Winter. Will re-seed itself.
